copy recently installed a copy of enlightenment on a computer and did updates and all and just got compiz fusion installed I rebooted after I was done now when I log into and account the fusion animation pops up and it gets an error telling ne to try a different account...I trued all possible accounts ... is there a command I should use in safe mode???

steam_cry, if I'm reading  this correctly, you installed or added an E17 desktop and then installed compiz . E17 will not run under compiz which appears to be active on the system and that is why you can't login. Something to try first, at the loging screen, click on sessions and see it there is another desktop avalible besides E17 and select it. login. If you get in go to configure computer and under video, select no effects. that will turn off compiz. No you should be able to logout and then log back in after choosing E17 from sessions. Ken
