thank you for a great distro

I personally use pclinuxos KDE. I started installing Linux on other people"s computer though when they had computer problems and were okay with it. I would install Linux Mint because it has the Wubi installer and it had a lot of programs that came in the installation. Recently I installed mint on a laptop and I had some issues with it. The wireless drivers weren't detected. I had to use the proprietary drivers but they wouldn't install. It will go about half way and then a message will pop up saying in couldn't complete. I tried to do an update but the updater told me to fix the broken packages first. It was new installation! I tried a few more times with no luck and then I finally decided to give up and try pclinuxos. It was so much easier. Everything worked as soon as it was installed. I was reminded why I myself changed to pclinuxos. I also would like to thank you guys for still making the distro small enough to fit on a cd. After my bad luck I installed pclinuxos on some other computers that only had cd drives. Mint ISOs won't fit on a cd. For now on I am not taking any chances. I am going to install pclinuxos first. Thank you for a great distribution.
