I just freshly installed PCLOS/GNOME 2010 and updated everything.

My sound card is as title, with which PCLOS can only let one app play sounds at a time.

In the past this behavior was connected with PulseAudio. So I wonder whether PCLOS uses PulseAudio by default, and if yes, how to disable it and use ALSA instead?

I got it. Go to Preferences -> Multimedia System Selector and select Output Device as ALSA rather than Automatic.
