I tryed burning them into the CD but it says its full when I formatted it so many times.. :S, so I moved to USB lol


If it's not a rewritable CD you cannot use it again. If you want to use a USB drive/Flash Drive, use Unetbootin.

Open UnetBootin, point it to the ISO on your hard disk (second option I think), and select your flash drive; press Next, and let it do its work...
After that, open the usb in your file manager, and edit the syslinux.cfg file: add on the end of every APPEND line the word "fromusb" (without quotes) => this way, the live session will properly shut down after using it (else it just gives a message on shut down, and after that you have to power it off with the power button -- this because it's made to run from CD)
Anyway, after installation, it shutdowns properly (if you changed it in the syslinux.cfg or not)
