Hi everyone,

I am running PCLOS LXDE as a guest on Win 7 Pro 64-bit.  I see that the guest additions are already installed in PCLOS, but my screen size doesn't change when I resize the guest window.  It's always at 1024x768.  Any idea what I need to do to fix this?  Thanks.

The guest-additions installed in PCLinuxOS are 32-bit, maybe a different version than the one you use on your host machine, and most importantly have the purpose to run a VM inside the PCLinuxOS installation. You do the opposite so just install the guest additions from your host-machine.
good luck,
-p.

Yes sir, that worked, thanks!!!

Also, after re-sizing the window, go into the display properties and alter the resolution to your liking (you should see the new display as an option).  Then go to machine, and select "disable guest display auto-resize."  That will work as well.
