Can anyone tell how to change my startup and grub images....I want to have mylivecd image as much as mine as I can.

Startup? Do you mean the plymouth boot graphics? If so, they are in /usr/share/plymouth/themes. Themes may be changed using EZSwitch. New thememes can be installed via Synaptic package manager. You can review available themes here --

Grub images are in /usr/share/gfxboot/themes and /boot/gfxmenu.
