Well I guess since the PCLOS mascot is Dobie the bull...
and the verb run could also mean operate, i.e. I run PCLinuxOS everyday.
It can also be added to a well-known word which is tied to a famous event held in San Fermin each July. Only the usage in our case is a verb.

Examples: I bull-run. I taught my friend how to bull-run. Let's all bull-run.
