Sandy, welcome to PCLinuxOS!  Smiley  In my mind, PCLinuxOS is THE operating system for the 21st century.  I had the 2007 version several years ago and recently returned to PCLinuxOS after learning that another distro I liked was going to charge for the next version, which sent me on a search for a replacement distro, and ultimately I gave PCLOS another try, and I've been here ever since.  Smiley

Hi Fred! Smiley  I've been around since somewhere in December and am also very happy with PCLinusOS, I did try a few distros but none compared.  Everything worked OOTB so why would I want anything else!  Cheesy

PCLOS got me pretty spoiled too.  I haven't had any xorg.conf or nvidia problems to deal with in a long time.  Configuration is generally 'set it and forget it'.

Thanks texstar and all you packagers.  Don't let me forget the forum help too.  You peeps keep turning up answers I've always wondered about.
