 in some of my drives, all of contents in them have been hidden, but i see them in windows,how to solve it.i use nautilus.

If you do not have specific permission to access any file in Linux then it prevents you interfering with it, or in some cases even viewing its contents.

Some more details of the files in question, how and by what created, and where stored (what filesystem) might help to resolve the matter.

in the same time i had drives content but after a few minute suddenly i lost them,i test it with root premission but the problem...
thuner had same problem with showing the content .

ls -l will show you the permissions on the files (-al if you want to see hidden files)

We need more details. Here are a few ideas to help:

What edition/desktop/window manager are you using? When was it installed and last updated?
What is the content?
How were the files created? Created in Windows or Linux using what application?
What happens when you try to open the files, any kind of error message?
Try starting Thunar and/or Nautilus from a console window and watch the output? It might reveal something useful.
