just wanted to let you know, i finally got everything working, almost that is, firefox was playing video great then it just quit, says i need to upgrade flash player, but every time i try it dosent work must be doing something wrong.

Is your system fully up to date?  When you update the system, flash gets updated with it.  No need to go to an external source for updates (this isn't RedmondOS  Grin).
