As you are excluding your home directory, did you create a second user to be included on the ISO? I'd recommend using "guest" as the new user. On first boot, after installation the guest account will be removed. You can then start fresh with creating your user account, just as you would do with one of the official release ISOs.     

After creating the new user and running bleachbit, try this command ---

mylivecd –nodir =^/home/jjb /home/jjb/DownloadsPCL2010.iso

Is there some specific reason you are still sticking with the 2010 iso? Bearing in mind that things have changed since then, it would presumably make more sense to go with the latest iso as the basis for your systems?

Bear in mind, kernowyon, if 2010 is fully up to date, it is 2011. In such case, there is no need for a reinstall. PCLinuxOS is a rolling release distro.
