It works. It builds a current snapshot and makes an ISO with it. It takes all the work out of rebuilding a system if you get to carried away with installs and manual changes that refuse to be fixed.

Mylivecd is awesome if you upgrade to a larger hard drive too.
I love having my fully configured system backed up to a DVD-ROM.
