Hi:
         I have the driver what it is in the lexmark-drivers-pclos2009; the printer is good installed, the queue too, but when i print the thest page the printer  perform nothing, it persits silent. Therefore, lpq suply the works in the queue.
         do you help?

open synaptic and type lexmark in search.  use the drivers works for me.   x and z series

Use the Z600 series driver for Lexmark X11xx and X12xx series printers. Works like a charm here..

I haven't tried recently, but I have your smae printer and in the past using th Z600 driver every thing worked fine
