Personally, I don't see the problem as long as no copyrights are infringed.
IMO he helps to spread the light.  Grin

I have contributed artwork to quite some Linux Distros over the year, that's been sold and bundled all over the world, for me as an artist it's an honor to get my artwork spread to a bigger audience.

A Nice Distro like PCLinuxOS is much much much bigger than an artwork to just leave somebody make money on our efforts. PCLinuxOS does not need advertisement through those who does illegal things. Anybody selling this OS should contribute to its developers.
