If he sells installation disks and take money only for the preparation of this disks and not for the software itself then I think it's not illegal.

No that's just what he isnt doing. 84 SEK what he takes. (85 SEK on buy now) 12 SEK for post the cd (included in the 84 SEK) a cd cost about 1 SEK so he gain 71 SEK, 7,18 EUR or 8,84 USD. and now i know he has sold this over 100 couipes...

Sweden is not in the Euro zone. Some EU countries have adopted the Euro but not all. The UK is another that hasn't.
The GPL, as I recall, allows anyone to distribute GPL software, and to charge whatever they like for it, as long as they also make the source code available for free download.
Whether he is infringing any proprietary rights belonging to Texstar only Texstar can say.

This is a very important thing, could be illegal if he is not making available the source code

PCLinuxOS name, logo and artwork are copyrighted. In addition the PCLinuxOS name is trademarked. If I wanted to be an ass about it I could stop people from selling PCLinuxOS on CD like Warren does with Mepis.
