I have reinstalled Windows after Installing PC Linux and I booted the live CD top redo the MBR. I clicked redo MBR but it does not run. It gives no error messages or any that it even tried to run.

I have three partitions, an NTFS windows partition, and EXT4 partition for PC Linux and a swap partition. I have to use windows for my scanner and wanted to clean out that partition to get it to work right. I formatted my windows partition and reinstalled it. I would now like to restore my MBR to gain access to linux again. I dropped the word indication in the earlier sentence "It gives no error messages or any indication that it even tried to run." I hope that didn't confuse anyone.

Edit:
I managed to solve my problem, although I could never get redo-mbr to run. I used the solution in this post: http://www.pclinuxos.com/forum/index.php/topic,62786.msg508062.html#msg508062
