lxde and battery monitor

I installed PCLinuxOS lxde on a netbook eeepc 701 but when the battery runs out and not receive any warning goes off, something missing? an icon on the panel?

Looks like you can add a battery monitor to the panel.
Right click the panel, Add Remove Panel Items, Add, Battery Monitor. It's about the fifth item down. Hope that helps.
