The 2010 version is great!
I did a standard install of PCLinuxos 2010 on my desktop.
This install made a 500 meg swapfile.  Hibernation wasn't available.
I added a 4 gig memory stick, made it the new swap file.  The 4 gig stick is working according to swapon -s.
How do I add the Hibernate feature to the "Leave" menu from the PC icon(Appllication Launcher Menu) on the lower panel?
Thanks

Hugh

Mine's there by default but try right clicking on the Main KMenu (PC Logo) and select Application Launcher Menu Settings and tick the Hibernate box (this option puts Hibernate on  the Main menu - i.e. not in Leave >> etc)

If you can keep you head while all around you are losing theirs, then you have misunderstood the situation.

Added Hibernate tick.  Didn't change anything.
In the mean time, while playing with swap, I formated my media drive as swap.  Bad.
I'm dropping this thread while reloading the media.
thanks for your help.
