Hi All,

I recently loaded PCLOS 2010 Beta and created a backup using dump with the idea that I could tinker with the packages and just do a restore if I broke it too badly.

I did exactly that and ended up restoring with the restore command.

When it didn't boot the first time I realised I had to change the uuid in the menu.lst file and the fstab file.

Now I'm half way there.

It gets to " Waiting for Device sdb1 to appear" and then times out.

Is there anything else that I need to change?

Heres another wierd thing.  If I boot from the Super Grub Disk and select the same menu item it boots fine.

Any ideas?

Thanx

Matt
