hi

in repository, are there specific E17 applications and how may i found it easily?

or someone can give me a short list of applications (video, sound and graphism).

PS : i love pclinuxos E17 themes and wallpaper, really good work  Smiley

Hi pitp93 , any application that currently is available in Synaptic works well on E17.
Compiz does not work logically Grin.

Gimp , Smplayer o Mplayer  , Listen , exaile , etc.......

there is ecomorph - compiz for e17 - real nice

e17 does have its own apps ,eterm , a file manager , an image viewer , nothing major though

A year ago I wanted a distro that had beryl working ootb ,Tex did it.......
Compiz fusion - you guessed it
Nothing but synaptic minitastic
kde4 - best yet

i ve tried midori as web brownser but it not convince me (have i not install all that it need to work).

i'll try smplayer and mplayer and made a choice between them.

I can almost assure you now you won't see it in our repositories until it's stable.  I wouldn't want to see it there until it's at least in beta stage.  Remember what PCLinuxOS is all about.  It's not bleeding edge, but stability that counts.   Wink
