When can one anticipate release of the new PCLinuxOS Enlightenment e17 distro? I am curious to try it, given how rock-solid stable my PCLinuxOS Gnome is running. One had tried many several other distros with this environment and they all were flaky in their own way. Thank you in advance for any answers.

Ladies (if there are any) and Gentlemen, please check Ibiblio. You will be pleased to note a new ISO entitled pclos-e17-beta.iso + MD5Sum info is on it's way up as we speak. A mere 593 MB, sporting Brasero, Nautilus tools, Leafpad, xmms, and mplayer. Firefox does it's tricks with youtube, apple movie trailers, etc. Have fun, and let me know what you think.
Thanks,
Cindy, aka Linuxera

I'm happy you like it Agust. You can actually start a thread to teach us all how to tweak e17 to the max. I'm curious about all the options, though I've left this beta standard, I'm sure others will want to know a lot of things about e17. I've got my own personal e17 desktop tweaked for transparent windows. Just one of the Cool effects. Cindy, aka Linuxera

I thought one should prefer another server than ibiblio because of bandwidth limits !? I downloaded mine from the czech server (fast !), I'm burning it right now (slow !)
