Right now i'm using PClinux 2009.2
I'm happy with kde 3.5.10
As well as kde 4.4, gnome 2.28 will Pclinux 2010 also include 3.5.10 ?

No. The new PCL2010 will offer KDE4.4. Version 3.5.10 is history.

The kde developers have dropped all development and support of 3.5.
