I don't quite understand what you mean when you say you boot from your Windows 7 ultimate?
Are you sure your booting from the live cd?
You must set the boot options in bios so that your cd/dvd drive is the 1st bootable device.
If you've done that, added guest and guest for username and password then perhaps your disc is faulty. If so try burning another disc at a nice slow speed around say 4x.
Hope this might help.

ok thank you i am i am in the process of burning another cd.

Hope it works for you.
One other thing and that is, it's always advisable to do a checksum test of the downloaded iso before burning it.That way you can be assured it's correct and will rule out any iso conflicts.

Burn slow at like 8x-12x. Also you can try some of the other options on the boot screen by pressing the arrow key down and selecting like video safe mode - vesa and pressing the enter key.

How stable is the beta1 release at this point?  I was going to wait for the final release, but was wondering how well the beta would run for normal use?
Also, any idea of when the final release will be available....T6 believes it's about a month away...

I wonder if i'd be best off waiting for the final version  Roll Eyes
