Configuring NVidia network card (SOLVED)

Hi there. I hope you can give me a hand with this, as I cannot find anythihng on Linux and I seem to be the only dude with this sort of problems, lol.
I have been trying to connect to the internet in vane. I know I have configured the connection as it should be, but still nothing. I'm pretty sure the problem is due to the configuration of my network card, it's a built-in NVidia (I think Linux shows me it as NVidia MP610). I need to set up its speed/duplex settings to Force 10 Full Duplex, as that is the way I made it work in... another system I won't mention because it's spooky. I have to do like this because I'm sharing my connection through a switch, ethernet cables, and a router (no WiFi, only ethernet). The thing is that I cannot find that option anywhere and I'm way to newbie to even know basic terminal comands...
My system is PCLOS 2007.

Other forumers gave me the solution: you need to use the "ethtool" command in the terminal (for example with Konsole or Xterm). Look at the thread called "I need a tougher ethernet configuration" under the Networking forum, there you will find a more detailed explanation... because it's another thread by me on the same problem, lol.
