Capture Streaming Music With Streamripper

If you install streamripper from the repo it enables you to tune into all kinds of music. I click on the tab for Shoutcast (live in USA) find a listing of music with a bitrate of 128 and right click for the drop down menu.
Left click
tune
to listen. If you wish to record the music, right click again for the drop down menu and
left click record
.It records in mp3, and will open with the player you have associated with it. I initially had Amarok by default, but it kept crashing, so I changed it to VLC. Xmms works well too.
It will begin to stream the music into your home folder, and even breaks it down by song names and groups.
