Any Bugs in site?

« on: January 23, 2010, 07:36:11 AM »

I am not very active on forum at the moment, where I live it is summer and many outdoor tasks begging for attention.

However I have a minor problem when booting my 'repaired' system.  KMix insists on opening on the desktop, I would like this to be disabled but I have searched without luck on forum and I have googled but not found the hint on how to disable the opening of KMix on boot.

Anybody got a suggestion  Huh

I had that problem a few weeks ago and this thread solved it:

http://www.pclinuxos.com/forum/index.php?topic=60095.0

I found that through a Google search, it didn't appear when I searched the forum for some unknown to me reason.

Texstar & Jokerman
Thank you both for replying.

I have removed kmixautostart via Synaptic now.

I know I have asked this question many month ago on forum and probably got the same answer, I searched extra hard and was puzzled how unlucky I was.

Looking through the given link I think the reason I got KMix starting is caused by my change to restore sessions on startup.   Grin

I am happy.
