Remaster DVD Not Completing Install

Hi all,
I'm currently developing (remastering) a dvd to use in other new pc's.
But before writing to a media disc, i'm testing well with VBOX.

The problem that i'm facing is that the whole installation goes well, at the grub page, it stops there with a blank dialog screen.
drak-live doesn't work anymore and if i restart the virtual machine, i have to stare at a blank screen.

It seems like that no grub bootloader is being installed but instead it gets stalled and system strikes to shutdown properly.
All these happen in the Virtual Machine itself. Nothing wrong with the host.
 
Can you guys give an idea what to do? Cause i have to create a disc to show it to my friends and introduce linux (as well as create for myself)

It looks like i have to give more time (like 5-7mins to finish installing grub bootloader)
Eventhough the system is a C2D 3.0Ghz, 2GB RAM, 250GB SATA HDD, i wonder which could be the problem.
