It's a plasmoid: yasp scripted. It's not in the repos; i found it in kde-apps. It's basically yasp monitor with the ability to read from a user defined script. It's more limited than conky but at least it looks kde4ish.

DustInCenter, it's a home-brewed system monitor based on a KDE-Look archive called Core2Mon. I've shared it with quite a few PCLOS user. I've uploaded it (again) to LinFX. Please feel free to download and use it.
