Whilst reading the November PCLinuxOS Magazine, after reading AndrzejL's article on his new mouse I started looking for myself. As I enjoyed reading his article, it got me thinking of replacing my old benQ wireless mouse.  I've had it for nearly 3 years, but it eats batteries at an incredible rate and regularly doesn't want to work.

Anyway after doing many searches I found on eBay a mouse which looks physically identical to the "Silvercrest OM1008". The mouse I found was the "Trust MI-7700R". I then did a google search and the following page was one of the results, which is the product page for the mouse:
http://www.qtec.pl/products/product.aspx?artnr=15206.  It has a 'Where to Buy' page which has many US sellers. The price varies considerably from mid $20's to $50 or more. The best price of the sites I looked at was on sale for $24.99 at a web seller directron.com.

As I live in Canada not, the US the above website ships to Canada.  I also found this mouse on eCost.com, who have a border free shipping arrangement , where all charges are paid up front. So you don't get hit with any additional fees on delivery. The price at eCost is $27.99

Now to digress, i would like to complement all involved with the PCLinuxOS Magazine. It is by far the best produced Linux magazine/newsletter I have seen.  I look forward to reading it each month.  Great work!

TerryH Welcome. I missed you in the "Introduce Yourself" topic.

The magazine is great! And I could not have said what you said better. They do a great job.

Again, welcome.

Hi TerryH.  You from the east, me from the west.

Glad you're linking PCLinuxOS, it is the best.  Never been a fan of wireless mouses.  Don't like it when the odd time they don't do what you want them to.  Though I can see their place when being used with a laptop.

I have a Logitech M-BZ105A wired laser mouse, which I like very much.
