I made a new video in which I use addlocale among other things, since the one i had recorded last week used addlocale 2.7 Now there is a addlocale 2.8 I thought i should do it once again

@DutchWolfie, thanks soo much, this is fantastic!! A perfect demo how to run AddLocale and GetOpenOffice. Definitely very helpful for people with limited English skills.
