Oh, err, in order to post some real content:

I have been annoyed with the way KMix starts up at every login. Not just the small volume control in the system tray, but the full mixer window.

That one I solved with the Special App Settings -> Preferences -> Skip Task Bar -> Apply initially. With this setting, it launches quietly to the system tray, but can still be opened up for mixing. Yay.

(And yes, Polack, I will: I knew of it, and then I *forgot* it -- which put me in a *worse* position than if I didn't. And I'm a little bit frightened by you responding so quickly.)
