Additionally, the project will temporarily be moving away from it's current home until a resolution is found or a new home is set up.

The "old" magazine home is temporarily disassociated with PCLinuxOS until further notice.

The truth is out there ... PCLinuxOS!

Smileeb,

I think that is covered. YouCanToo can weigh in here, but I believe all the old magazine issues are archived on his site.

As do I, and I suspect quite a few in the community have the same. Getting the back issues is not a problem.

FWIW,   I have a unofficial magazine here at http://pclinuxosmag.linuxforall.com/  and have all the magazine issues back to the start. The are all in pdf format.  It is always good to have more than one source for the information.   My offer to host the magazine until things get resolved still holds!

Thank you for your generosity, YouCanToo. Weric is on top of it. We are just waiting on Devnet to wrap up his concensus - whether to transfer the domain name to PCLinuxOS or to keep it. This will depend on the list of volunteers' votes.

Well if Devnet cannot find his concencus, I own the domain http://mypclosmag.com/, I would be more than willing to donate it to the cause.

Yes, of course. It's 100MB. How do you want me to send it? If I get access to a new ftp site for the new issue, you can get all of it from there.

Could I get copies?  (I'll happily send you a blank disk or even an original signed George comic strip!)  Being a new user to PCLinuxOS, I'd like to peruse and maybe learn some tips and tricks.Smiley
