The KDE User Guide is now available for download. All 10 chapters have been compiled into a single PDF complete with an index to let you go quickly to whatever section you would like to read. Simply click on the "Download" tab at the top of the Magazine http://pclosmag.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=47&Itemid=53 homepage and you will find it located in the extra section, at the top.

The truth is out there ... PCLinuxOS!

Hey there Papawoob!

I'm having some problems with the file ... I've downloaded it 3 times, and none of my PDF Reader programs can open it ... KPDF, Adobe Acrobat 8. I don't have problems with the other great PDF files you've created (e.g., the fabulous monthly magazine). Can you advise?

Me, too. Mine has an Adobe icon, but when I try to open it, I get a "file damaged" message.

Getting a zero size file here, too.  Downloaded the latest issue of the magazine successfully, so it's the KDE manual file that's the problem.

papawoob, would it be sensible to edit the topic title to the effect 'wait a while we's fixing'?

Sorry about the 2 threads Jaydot but I posted in the Mag section first and then had an epiphany that far more people would see it in the General News and would therefore benefit more users. If having 2 threads is inconvenient for you let me know and I will remove the one in the Mag section.

You are the best!
