Edit: the mirror move has finished. Please follow these instructions to switch to a working repo and to update your system. IMPORTANT:
We are in the process of moving to a new primary server for PCLinuxOS and the official mirror maintainers have been provided the updated mirror information. Some of the official mirrors have already started synching to our new primary server. This process implies for the mirror servers to
delete their current directories of packages and re-download the entire repo and obviously this will take some time, can be 2 days or even more.
During the transition phase:
a) your repo as configured in Synaptic may not be fully populated and you may not be able to update properly. In that case DO NOT UPDATE ANYTHING.
b) please wait for some days until your mirror repo has finished updating from our new primary server
c)
the above does NOT apply to the ibiblio server, which is being updated in parallel to our new primary server and will be functional until further notice.
As soon as the transition phase is terminated: a note will be posted here, a list of uptodate mirrors will be provided
here, and an updated package of apt-sources-list having these new mirrors will be available in Synaptic.
In short, in the transition phase: do not update or update using the ibiblio server only.thanks for the understanding.
