Linux utils to format 800k MacIntosh floppies?

Does anyone know of any floppy disk utilities that can format Apples' old 800k 3.5" disks

Try installing/using "pdisk" in the repo

pdisk is a partitioning tool for HFS format hard drives. It can't be used for formatting the 800K Apple floppies. 3.5" 400K and 800K Apple floppy drives use the GCR recording technique. GCR disks cannot be read by standard PC disk controllers.
