There is no such thing. It is imposable to under cook shrimp.

I have cooked shrimp in the palm of my hand under hot tap water.

Fry them, boil them, saute them in butter and garlic but rest assured, you will not under cook them.

If they turn pink, they are done.


The biggest mistake people make when cooking shrimp is "Over Cooking" them.

Some time ago there was a poster who complained that he'd had to eat live shrimps so as not to appear rude. He seemed to consider them undercooked ...
