Any Bugs in site?

« on: February 06, 2012, 07:20:07 PM »

Opera 10.61 - newly downloaded.

I have just discovered that I can no longer save a webpage and include the pictures. Other small graphics icons are also missing.

Repeating the exercise with Firefox, after a little experimenting I found the setting that would include the icons and pictures.

Any Opera users that can confirm or deny  Grin

I think I have something a little bit odd going on, I check saving my own post and it was fine.  Then went back to previous problem page and tried to save it again first time failure then selecting "html with pictures"  this time it worked.

I am going to change to another OS not yet updated and experiment when time allows.

Will mark as solved for now   Grin.

I have re-opened this thread today  Sun February 12 2012 15:28 as I have caught my Opera in the action I think.

I used to be able to save a webpage as you see it that is what you will see when opening it again in Konq-web, Firefox, and Opera. When saving I noticed that the file icon very different to the nice bluish colour I normally see.

What I see now when I try to save a page as html and re-open it is the code behind the page, which I am familiar with finding by using ctl-u in Opera.

The first 31 lines have been clean cut off, can tell because later on it seemed to save properly.

Any one else notice anything odd with Opera lately along these lines.  I believe it is happening on two KDE-mini systems I have.  I have identified this particular problem on my latest programming setup. A KDE-mini not customised a lot apart from adding a bit of the programming needed.
