I'm not using the beta referenced in the link; I do use the dropbox from the Android Market on both my phone (2.2.1) and tablet (3.2.1).  The android implementation is a little rough; you can't just drop a file in the designated directory on Android and have it auto-moved to   the web/other machines.  But, I can get to files I've put there from my computers.
