Looks like "Ham Rollups" at the near end..

Thick sliced sandwich ham and just a "dollop" of cream cheese. Roll them up and stick a toothpick through them to keep them put.

You can make a bunch of these in just minuets and they are awesome.  Wink Grin Grin

AAggghh joechimp I just had chicharrĂ³n and beans gorditas for breakfast, Rudge "Ham Rollups" seems good but we'll see.

I have planned to make tamales but we left bed too late, is cold and humid around here and wife is asking if we will go out  Undecided

Probably hamburgers....
