Gee thanks folks
What a nice surprise awaited me when I fired up the computer this morning and logged into our favorite forum Smiley

I had a great birthday, with phone calls from two of our four grandchildren - they sang Happy Birthday over the phone; a call from a good friend (we've been friends since 1953); and, finally a visit from our other two grandchildren.

Thank you all so much for your kind messages.

Thanks for all your contributions and help on the forum.

This reminds me of another Distro's forum that I used to belong to. There, they had a calendar that listed each member's birthday. Each month, I used to trawl through the calendar and for each, at the right time,  initiate a thread wishing that member, a happy birthday. I did so many of them, they even made me a Moderator  Cool- but only for that section of the forum. Embarrassed

It couldn't work here because the forum page has no calendar. If it did, then I would be happy to provide the same service here.
