Hi,
I have a laptop powered by AMD e-350 APU, I used to have mandriva 2011 linux installed on it and works fine with the latest drivers from AMD website updated.
When I installed PCLINUXOS 2011 the X server won't work unless I use the safe settings for the kernel in grub.
I tried to reinstall different graphic drivers but they all failed. Undecided
Any one got a solution?
Thanks in advance.

You installed the 2011.09 version?
=> with KDE / Gnome / LXDE / e17 / ....?

What graphic drivers did you try?
Is prelink installed (search in Synaptic)?

Thanks in advance!  Smiley
