Even a remaster would not have helped him out in this situation. Just saying.  Wink Grin

True, true, true...

What a re-master could have done for him (even in this situation), would be to give him a reference he could boot into, even after re-installing with the 2011.9 ISO from which to determine what additional apps he installed, and what (if any) system-wide customizations were made...
