Partially:
Sometimes if a browser tab is opened with video (mostly YouTube) there's no sound for my daughter watching an .avi file with video player after that.
If I close that browser tab the sound comes to my daughter's video player

Partially
you know.
And the Terminal output of Chromium complaints something about "no link to PulseAudio".
do you have
pavucontrol
installed, and if yes did you check the settings there ?
(note: How about to open a new thread for your own issue ?

Thank you very much,
as
!
I was just adding information here, not seeking for help since I didn't try yet to solve it for myself.
Have no problems with the sound because there are so many bypasses to overcome this minor embarrassing here.
Thanks again

Well, now I understand Vortex's predicament and I would have to say it is the same with me. If I have a multimedia file playing on Chromium, I won't be able to use multimedia apps like Bangarang or VLC until I close the browser tab because the apps won't be able to play the audio.
It's the same when I am playing something on VLC and open a YouTube video. It's not a problem for me because I don't really want to watch and listen to multiple AV at the same time. Also this issue is not related to the OP which is OGV.

I reinstalled, finally, and everything is working correctly, thankfully.
