Just tried to watch a Heathenx tutorial, and it's streamed in OGV. I cannot hear it. I've never had this problem before, but I haven't watched anything streamed in OGV since I've reinstalled. I have libogg0 installed, as per default. Where should I go to hunt down the lack of sound? FWIW, I was in Firefox. If I use Konqueror, it won't even stream, but downloads the whole thing and does nothing after. If, in Konqueror, I choose to play it with VLC Player, it plays fine.

If you can keep you head while all around you are losing theirs, then you have misunderstood the situation.

Don't know whether this will help but these are my Firefox Plugins - basically the default list with Java Disabled.

Fixed for me: open firefox about:config page, search for media.ogg, turn the flag media.ogg.enabled to false! Don't ask me what that flag means, it was the only thing ogg related that I was able to find in about:config. AS @Just18, I do not have any reference to OGG in Preferences - Applications Should I have it ?
