I've got a rather odd problem.  At night I switch off my machine in the normal manner, then I switch off at the wall switch. But - when I switch on the wall switch the next morning my computer switches itself on as well.

This happened after recently reinstalling Pclos 2011 but I can't think that this would cause such a problem. Any ideas?

Thank you --- Maurice

Check BIOS settings, something like:

State after power failure:
- power on
- last state
- power off

be sure that "power on" has not been selected.
