Should I disable http:// access to pclosmail.com and leave only (https://) secure access to the website? If not why?
If there's a good reason for it.
The best reason is it would be a lot more secure.
Maybe like paying for extra bandwidth?
I would never make the https available to only those who paid something extra. I am just not going to do things that way.
The only hindrance I can think of is if someone is at a roaming location where they can't access https. But, I don't really know if that scenario exists.
I think you have misread my intent. I will rephrase in the interest of better communications.
If you have a compelling reason to disable http access, by all means, do so. It is, after all, a service you provide to others for free.
Maybe your ISP provider makes you pay extra for providing both http and https bandwidth?
