Hello
Just installed Phoenix Xfce and it was flawless. The keyboard layout displays the wrong characters u=4 etc...  Searched forum and selected US Keyboard and type is Generic 102 key (intl). Does anybody know other types of keyboard choices that would work. I tried all generic choices and tried to login into systems hardware for more information, but obviously I cannot type my root password.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No numlock key. Have to hold the "Fn" key and keyboard displays characters as requested. Humm!!!

Numlock might be enabled in BIOS. That happened to me once.
